Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand, we are only able to offer a refund within 24 hours of placing your order (so long as your purchase was made 1 week before the start of class/session), minus the 3% credit card fee.

We understand plans change, and do offer a credit towards painting pottery or a class in the future. Kindly cancel one week before the start of class/session to receive a 50% credit. No credit can be given for cancellations within 1 week of the start date.
